15 November 2019 – Strategic Partnership with Algebra Singapore
GADD International Law Firm formalised a long-term strategic cooperation with Algebra Singapore to enhance our corporate, regulatory and strategic advisory capabilities in South-East Asia. The partnership enabled us to deliver integrated structuring, company formation and licensing solutions for clients entering regional markets, while strengthening our execution network across Singapore, Hong Kong and Indonesia. This collaboration also marked the early expansion of our international law and governance practice, setting the foundation for what would become a multi-jurisdictional advisory platform.
12 January 2021 – Launch of the Technology, Digital Assets & Blockchain Division
GADD opened its dedicated digital assets & emerging-technology division in response to the surge of decentralised finance, tokenization frameworks and Web3-driven business models. The division advises both founders and established institutions on regulatory classification, governance architecture, smart-contract documentation, IP protection, cross-border compliance and dispute strategy. Our client base expanded significantly, including industry leaders such as KLIMADAO, Klima Foundation, Otonomos, HODL Industries, Noemon Tech, and partner entities such as Noemon Money, Noemon Finance and Bitwyre. Over time, this department evolved into a specialised legal unit widely recognised for precision, technical depth and execution speed in complex digital-finance matters.
3 May 2022 – Enhancement of Corporate Administration and SE-Asia Operations
To support a growing portfolio of cross-border incorporations, treasury structuring and business migrations, GADD expanded its operational presence in SE-Asia with enhanced local corporate administration services. Through strengthened partnerships on the ground, our team gained the ability to handle full-cycle company establishment, nominee directorships, bank onboarding, and annual compliance services with improved turnaround times. These improvements offered our clients smoother multi-country setups, regulatory clarity and continuous legal oversight throughout complex corporate lifecycles.
18 October 2023 – Establishment of the Data Protection & Cybersecurity Desk
Recognising the increasing regulatory pressure around data management, cyber risk and technology vendor oversight, GADD established a dedicated desk focusing on data protection, GDPR compliance, incident-response strategy and cybersecurity frameworks. The team advises on cross-border data transfers, data-processing agreements, internal governance, breach containment and EU-aligned compliance reviews. Our cybersecurity practice now supports litigation, digital-forensic coordination and high-risk technology disputes for institutional and Web3-native clients.
14 March 2024 – Growth of International Arbitration Capabilities
GADD expanded its dispute-resolution team to cover high-value international arbitration, with a particular focus on technology, commercial and cross-border shareholder disputes. 27 September 2024 – Expansion of IP & Brand Protection Services
Our IP department extended its reach to support global brand-protection strategies. 9 April 2025 – Digital Finance, Tokenization & Regulatory Structuring Advisory
In 2025, GADD further expanded its digital finance practice to address the rapid evolution of tokenization, asset-referenced frameworks, structured digital securities, and cross-border regulatory alignment. 15 September 2025 – GCC Regional Presence through EOS Advisory Partnership
To strengthen our presence in the GCC and support our clients in the region, GADD opened a new operational office through a strategic partnership with EOS Advisory. We offer consultancy services in relation to all aspects of company law, with reference to both the strategic management of the company, and extraordinary operations.
